Necessary documents for the flight
Before starting your air journey, make sure you have with you your passport and all other necessary documents for the flight. Aviation company reserves to itself the right not to allow boarding the plane to the passenger without appropriate documents.
Special categories of passengers
Among special categories of passengers are children, pregnant women, disabled persons and patients. Children under 2 years have right for discount on ticket price and they must be accompanied by adults. Children under 12 years can travel on their own if they have notarized agreement in writing for departure from their parents or legal guardian.
Pregnant women in conditions of good health are allowed to use air transport. In case the birth is expected in the nearest four weeks, women should get the medical agreement in writing for the flight. It is not recommended for women and infant to use air transport in case the birth took place in less than seven days before the flight.
Disabled passengers should in good time inform the workers of airport if they need any help in boarding the plane. In case their state of health threatens the security of the flight or disturbs other passengers, the carrier reserves to itself the right not to allow boarding the plane to such person.
Security of the flight
Aircraft crew has right to prevent boarding the plane for the passenger in the state of alcoholic inebriation, because such person is the potential source of disorder and trouble for other passengers. It is prohibited to take alcoholic drinks and to smoke during the flight. Before the flight listen carefully to the speech of air steward and familiarize yourself with the action recommendations in case of aircraft emergency. If you are spending the whole flight sitting we recommend you not to unhook security belts. It will help you endure easily air-pocket and will prevent you from injuries in case of snapping-back during turbulence.
