- 9) it is recognized by a court sentence recidivist or is under the administrative supervision of the police - a passport may be temporarily detained or seized by officers of Border Service of Ukraine.
- Given the loss of citizens of Ukraine passport outside of Ukraine should declare it to the competent authorities of the host country to get help that reaffirms the statement of loss of passport. Departure from Ukraine citizens who have not attained the age of 16, accompanied by one of the adoptive parents, foster parents is notarized consent by the other parent, indicating the state of destination and the corresponding time period of stay in this state if the other one is not in Crossing the state border.

The procedure of crossing the border by foreign nationals and stateless persons
