1. Charges for landing – launching of the AC
Charges for landing – launching of the AC is carried out for every tone of MTOW (MTOW further) of the AC, specified in the certificate of its charter worthiness for caring out the flights, depending on the kinds of flights.
The sum of the charges for landing-launching is determined by the time of the landing – launching of the AC (day /night-time). The night time is established within the limits (local time): - from April 1st till September 30 th – from 20.00 thru 06.00;
- from October 1st till March 31st - from 17.00 thru 08.00;
Charges for landing-launching of AC in the night time extend: - up to 20% while performing landing or launching; - up to 40% while performing landing and launching. While performing training, test, technical flights, carried out in accordance with regulatory legal acts, regulating the flights performing, for each landing approach the coefficient 0,2 is charged to the daily fees for the landing-launching of the AC; if the airport lightning system is provided the coefficient for landing approach makes 0,5 to the daily fees for landing-launching of AC, even without touching the flight landing strip. If the landing – launching of the AC in the airport is performed in accordance with the destination to the stated or to the charter airline, landing by the international flight, launching by the internal flight or vice versa (with the according changes of the flight number), the charges for landing-launching are determined in the equivalent of 50 % from the charge sum, depending on the kinds of flights. The coefficient 0,5 is applied to the charges of landing-launching in cases of:
- performing technical landing of AC without changing the payload capacity;
- performing technical landing of the AC due to weather conditions;
performing the turn-back of AC to the airport in within 40 minutes after the launching as a result of an accident occurrence. - performing landing or launching of AC with the MTOW up to 6 tonnes the artificial flight landing stripe is not used.
2. Passenger servicing charges in the airport. Charges are stated for using passenger terminal before the registration start. Charges for passenger servicing in the airport are stated regarding one passenger sent, depending on the kinds of flights.
Charges for passenger servicing in the airport are free for: - passengers of the flights, performed for transportation of royal personae, heads of states and governments;
- war veterans in accordance with the Law of “Status of War Veterans, guarantees of their social security” ;
- passengers of humanitarian flights, the status of which is determined by the Committee of Humanitarian aid of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
- connecting passengers;
- passengers with service tickets;
- children up to 2 years of age;
- passengers of the flights aimed at searching, rescuing people, ambulance flights, performed respectively with the demands of the competent organs.
For transfer passenger servicing, arriving and flying by the international flights, the coefficient 0,5 is added to the passenger charges fee. 3.Avia security charges.
Avia security charges fees of the passenger AC are stated for each passenger sent, depending on the kinds of destination. Charges are free for:
- passengers of the flights, performed for transportation of royal personae, heads of states and governments.
- war veterans in accordance with the Law of “Status of War Veterans, guarantees of their social security”.
- passengers of humanitarian flights, the status of which is determined by the Committee of Humanitarian aid of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. - connecting passengers;
- passengers with service tickets;
- children up to 2 years of age; - passengers of the flights aimed at searching, rescuing people, ambulance flights, performed respectively with the demands of the competent organs. Charges for providing avia security of the freight AC are stated for each tonne of MTOW of the AC launched, depending on the kinds of flights.
The coefficient 0,5 is applied to the charges for providing the AC security without payload capacity of the flight on the landing and launching.
4.Charges for over permitted standing of the AC.
Charges for over permitted standing of the AC are stated for every 24 hours or partly in the percentage to the charges fees for landing-launching in the day-time or every hour of the over permitted standing of the AC and every tonne of MTOW of AC disregarding the destination (the over permitted time is determined in hours with the round off to decimal figures). Normative (chargeless) time of parking of the passenger AC is 3 hours.
Normative (chargeless) time of parking of the freight AC is 6 hours, if it is not mentioned in the Annexes to this Agreement. The coefficient 0,5 is applied to the charges for over permitted standing due to the weather conditions. Charges for over permitted standing of the AC are not taken, if the delay of the flight is performed due to the fault of the airport personnel.

1. Сost of the ground handling operations of the AC does not include cost of the services specified in Annexs №1 and №2 and is at performance of each flight. 2. Airport charges: for takeoff – landing of the AC, handling of the passengers at the terminal building, provision of aviation security and above norm AC parking are not included into the cost of the ground handling and are determined by the following Order of the authorized Executive governmental body of Ukraine and are mentioned in Annex №1 to the Agreement. In case of any changes to the rates of the fees mentioned in the Annex №1 the Airport shall inform the Payer about it, and the Payer shall accept them for the calculations.
