First scheduled passenger flight landed in airport “Kyiv” (Julyany) on May 25th, 1924.

This date is considered as the birthday of our business. Airport “Julyany” has glorious 80-years history. Guided by gained considerable experience, our airport is confidently moving towards successful realization of future projects.

Nowadays our airport experiences certain stage of the development process. Our efforts are devoted to create the airport of international level that will occupy a fitting place among the best airports of Ukraine and the world. We meet the support and understanding of our needs from the city’s authority and we are confident that with appropriate level of organization and joint efforts we can fulfill complicated and important promising projects. 

In order to provide stable activity of our partners and to improve the service level for carriers flying to airport Kyiv “Julyany”, our enterprise has turned to the around-the-clock work. In year 2007 we plan to reconstruct existing infrastructure of the airport – to extend the runway and to certify it according to the requirements of the second ICAO category, to build a new terminal complex to extend ramps, to create areas for individual services to scheduled and charter flights, business aviation and general aviation flights, to build new hangars for aircraft stationing and maintenance.

Our airport cooperates with different carriers that provide both scheduled and charter flights and business flights on private aircrafts. Every passenger despite the type of flight receives fitting level of service to which he or she got used while traveling through airports of Europe and the world. We declare equal partnership with all our clients and create conditions for clear relations on the air transportation market.
